We are confident that our apartments will meet with your highest expectations. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee you a specific room number. We can only offer you a refund with 7 days notice or more. In certain circumstances we may be able to give you a refund due to health and safety reasons, shortened stay or non-arrival due to extraordinary circumstances. This refund process may take 2-3 weeks.
